Introduction:

Beaphar FIPROtec® Spot-On contains the active ingredient fipronil, which works by targeting fleas and ticks through their nervous system. The product is applied directly to the skin, providing prompt relief and protection from these pesky parasites. It is important to ensure that the product reaches the skin and not just the coat, as this is where fleas and ticks reside.

Beaphar FIPROtec® Spot-On for Small Dogs effectively eliminates fleas and ticks on small dogs, offering protection against fleas for up to five weeks and against ticks for up to four weeks. It is appropriate for use on dogs older than 8 weeks and weighing between 2-10kg.

Similarly, Beaphar FIPROtec® Spot-On for Medium Dogs provides robust flea and tick control for medium dogs, maintaining its efficacy against fleas for up to five weeks and ticks for up to four weeks. Dogs that are frequently outdoors are particularly susceptible to flea and tick infestations, underscoring the importance of a consistent flea control regimen for both dogs and their living environments. It is suitable for dogs older than 8 weeks and weighing between 10-20kg. Employing a household insecticide is recommended when addressing a flea infestation.

Beaphar FIPROtec® Spot-On for Large Dogs is designed to eradicate fleas and ticks on large dogs, with a protection duration against fleas of up to five weeks and against ticks of up to four weeks. This product is indicated for dogs older than 8 weeks and weighing between 20-40kg. Consult a veterinarian for the treatment of dogs weighing more than 40kg.

Instructions:

Small - Weigh the dog carefully before application to ensure it is over 2kg.

Medium - Weigh the dog carefully before application to ensure it is over 10kg.

Large - Weigh the dog carefully before application to ensure it is over 20kg.

Do not remove the pipette from the blister until the product is ready to be used. Holding the pipette upright, snip off the top of the pipette. Part the dog’s fur between the shoulder blades, and apply the contents of one pipette to the skin’s surface, half between the shoulder blades and half at the base of the head.

For continuous protection re-apply once every four weeks.
